Persistence.gallery does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

Persistence.gallery reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
